What’s in a name? And what, exactly, does the name Fling Fashions signify? We’ve heard this question a few times across our social media platforms, and even in some reviews; “Are they clothes you wear to have a fling? Are they cheap accessories that you can easily toss?”
Not exactly. Our name Fling Fashions comes from the fickle nature of fashion. As Heidi Klum says “One day you’re in, and the next YOU’RE OUT.”

Need some suggestions on how to try some of these trends?
Fun With Fringe
Take a page out of Leah O’s handbook and throw on a fun fringe vest. Add some fun color and texture to your spring/summer look. Perfect for festivals, outdoor concerts, or just happy hour on the patio.
Retro patterns are back with a vengeance, but you don’t have to commit to an entire 70s look. Try something small like a fun scarf (for your neck or your head!) to add a touch of retro to any look.
Just A Touch Of Gold
Tina Knowles knows a thing or two about style. After all, her daughters are Beyoncé and Solange! So the fact that she wore a gold mirror belt on her wedding day this month says that this trend is …. well…. solid gold! Add some shine to a formal dress, or even a work look. You can never go wrong with a touch of gold.
There are some areas of life where a fling isn’t a good thing. A fling is usually a careless act with mixed results. But when it comes to keeping up with style trends, having a fling is ALWAYS the way to go! It’s much easier on your wallet, and your personal style, to just have a fling with these fickle fashion trends.
